A Connecticut man was arrested for disrupting St Patties day paraded with what his friends described as, "The ISO"

Apprently Mr Daniel P Forno, after becoming severely intoxicated attempted to "ISO" every single paticipant in the NYC parade in which over 100,000 participate.

After being questioned at the station Mr Forno proclaimed that being hand cuffed allowed him to invent another variant of the ISO, which he then on the spot dubbed the.... Behind the Back Butterfly ISO... more to come
